Max is an experienced, qualified, responsive broker. He was helpful and knowledgable throughout the process of selling our home. In our initial meeting, Max clearly explained what to expect once our home was listed. He answered questions and did his best to problem solve all issues. His photographer took amazing photos which truly captured the layout and uniqueness of our home. We wouldn't want to have to sell another home anytime soon, but if we do - we will contact Max.

While real estate transactions are inevitably stressful, dealing with Max (from our initial conversation to closing) was smooth throughout. His assessment of value, marketing and listing strategy was ultimately masterful. A true professional at his craft, Max has a great feel for the market and is a genuine champion for his client's best interests. He provides insight and his own recommendations but truly listens to his client's concerns and adjusts accordingly. A self proclaimed "belt and suspenders" operator, Max is driven, analytical, responsive, practical and overall easy to work with. It doesn't hurt that he's a genuine nice guy to boot. I highly recommend Max and wouldn't hesitate to work with him in the future.

We took a long time to close due to a contingency sale on the buyers home. Max worked very hard to get us to closing and was always responsive when we reached out to him. His photographer is amazing and he got us 8 offers in the first week.
