If you are looking for a listing agent, do not hesitate to contact Max! While real estate transactions are inevitably stressful, dealing with Max (from our initial conversation to closing) was smooth throughout. His assessment of value, marketing and listing strategy was ultimately masterful. A true professional at his craft, Max has a great feel for the market and is a genuine champion for his client's best interests. He provides insight and his own recommendations but truly listens to his client's concerns and adjusts accordingly. A self proclaimed "belt and suspenders" operator, Max is driven, analytical, responsive, practical and overall easy to work with. It doesn't hurt that he's a genuine nice guy to boot. I highly recommend Max and wouldn't hesitate to work with him in the future.
